Alaska Fishing Trips and Rates

What To Bring On Your Alaska Fishing Trip

1.) Bring yourself and your family/friends to have an experience of a lifetime.

2.) Camera! Your guide will take digital pictures at the end of the day if acceptable and email them to you. You'll appear on Kenaioutfitters.com for your family and friends to see with your permission.

3.) Sunscreen protectant! That's right sunscreen! We have many sunny days during the summer and lots of daylight. Your guide will have extra if needed.

4.) Warm clothes in case the sun isn't shining.

5.) Raingear. Your guide will have extra if needed.

6.) Hat is advisable to keep the sun out of your eyes.

7.) Sunglasses

8.) Beverages and lunch items for your convenience.

9.) Your guide will provide coffee and all gear, tackle etc. for fishing

10.) You'll need a sport fishing license and king salmon stamp if you are going king salmon fishing.

11.) Rubber boots are advisable. Guide will provide on request.

12.) Fly out floatplane trips require hip waders. Guide will provide on request.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT INFORMATION

Applicable Taxes will be added to rates. Fishing packages are available. A variety of lodging options are available and can be arranged at your request. Riverfront lodging, motels, hotels or bed and breakfasts.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservations. A local sales tax will be added to all charters. Cancellation and refunding deposits. All deposits are nonrefundable without a 90 day cancellation in writing. Name changes are permitted in event that a person must cancel and they have found a substitute to replace them. Kenai Outfitters assumes no responsibility or liability for acts or omissions or negligence by individuals and/or companies providing transportation, accommodations and other services as arranged by us.

This trip is extremely popular for many reasons. First, the fish are typically so abundant limits are virtually guaranteed. We fish for Sockeye Salmon and Silver Salmon depending on the time of the season. King Salmon trips to the Nushagak River in Bristol Bay are popular too. The trips to the Big River Lakes where we fish for Sockeye and Silvers offers bear viewing as an added bonus. The bears are fishing for salmon where Wolverine Creek flows into the Big River Lakes. In fact, this is the same location we fish for Sockeye Salmon. Fishing the same water as the bears is very exciting and is a spectacular opportunity for photos of a lifetime.
